New Enrolments
Please be aware enrolments at Parkside Primary School are in high demand, therefore, preference is given to those families residing in the school zone. We do not accept short term enrolments or study tours.

Families are required to complete a Registration of Interest form and provide the following documentation to be considered for enrolment.
- Child’s Proof of Identification (Birth Certificate / Passport)
- Proof of Address:
RENTING: Current Rental Agreement (covering all of 2024 or ‘Letter of Intent’ from your landlord) AND Bond Receipt (issued by the Consumer and Business Services)
PURCHASED: Contract of Sale or Council Rates Notice - Most current Gas / Electricity Bill
- Visa Documentation (if applicable)
Principal’s Tour
The Principal’s Tour is a great opportunity to come and meet the Principal, Adrianna Kyriacou, where she will take you on a tour of the school grounds and facilities.

Reception Enrolment Information
From 2024 Government primary schools have 2 major enrolment intakes – Term 1 Intake for children commencing Reception at the beginning of the year and Mid-Year Intake for children commencing school in term 3.
If your child turns 5 years old:
- before 1st May they can start Reception in term 1 of that year
- between 1st May and 31st October, they can start Reception in term 3 (mid-year intake)
- after 31st October they start Reception in Term 1 the following year
Children who start Reception at the beginning of the year will complete 4 terms of Reception.
Children who start Reception through the Mid-Year Intake will complete 6 terms of Reception.
The application process commences in Term 2 in the current year for both the Term 1 Intake and the Mid-Year Intake for the following year.
Families are encouraged to submit their registration of interest by the end of Term 2 to help with class placement and transition.
Enrolment offers for late applications and non-local families will be subject to availability of places.
